I didn't realize that one is a redistribution of different combined themes and icon packs and it doesn't contain the necessary theme files. I'm going to replace it with 2 very sharp Windows themes that where used in the one you're talking about. They are <a href="http://yoitzalvin.deviantart.com/art/Aquos-II-81676606" title="windows themes" rel="nofollow">Aquos II</a> and one called <a href="http://mrskope.deviantart.com/art/Footure-55908800" title="windows themes" rel="nofollow">Footer</a>.
