Xbox 360 for Vista by ~patrickgs
Gamers Alert! Time to turn your PC into an XBOX 360. Ok, not literally but you can get a feel of it at least with this Xbox 360 theme designed for Windows Vista.
The theme uses a primary colour combination of black, white and the trademark Xbox green without any fancy graphics or clutter. The icons are pretty much the same, except the start button, which is now an X, from the Xbox logo, and it looks pretty good. The rounded taskbar corners are a welcome change.
Black was never traditionally associated with the Xbox 360, and I feel it would look much better with a white and green colour combination only. Also, though the radioactive Xbox green looks really good, but it is a little harsh on the eyes in certain areas like the “sort by” buttons. Minor nuances apart, it gives a brilliant glow to your desktop, windows, and buttons.
The good news is, you can use this theme on Windows XP as well using Windows Xp Vista Theme Patcher. Recommended for all Xbox-ers, and even those not lucky enough to be a part of the elite;
I give this theme a 7/10.

Playstation 3 Theme For Windows Vista by ~Patricks

Another one for the gamer in you - the Play Station 3 is a sleek looking theme that uses a primary colour combination of grays and black.
The Windows logo on the start button gives way to a glowing PlayStation logo, again in grayscale. One side rounded corners are not bad. They’re rather pretty good. The address bar background has been made transparent to blend in with the title bar.
The best part of the theme is definitely the icons that remind me of a custom Alienware modded PS3. A lot of effort has been put in the icons, and it shows too. Very classy, high-tech looking icons. If you’re a tech-geek or a gadget-freak (which you most probably are, considering the fact that you’re on this page right now), you’re going to love these icons. A recommended download for all PS lovers, I give this theme an 8 out of 10.
